WHAT YOU WILL NEED in this Senior SalesForce Administrator / Tech Lead candidate :
* Salesforce Administration experience.
* SALESFORCE Team Lead - experience leading Salesforce resources.
* Serve as the senior administrator and day-to-day owner of Salesforce environment.
* Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, flows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, profiles, roles, and related system functionality.
*Manage user setup, access, security settings, permissions, and role/profile changes in a manner that supports business needs while maintaining appropriate controls.
* Provide timely support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users with urgency, accuracy, clear communication, and follow-through.
Support integrations, installed packages, AppExchange tools
* Working with business units to better utilize Salesforce, Salesforce Design, Flows, Optimum Business Practices in a customized environment
* MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Salesforce design experience to proactively ASSESS AND EXPLOIT businesses' inner Salesforce functions.
* Using, future planning, development Salesforce workflows and Salesforce OPTIMIZATION Will be a large part of your job.
