RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced remote Workday Benefits and Retirement Analyst to support ongoing Benefits and Retirement operations while contributing to key HR technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a Workday professional who enjoys solving complex configuration challenges, partnering across teams, and driving solutions from requirements gathering through testing and implementation. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain Workday Benefits and Retirement functionality
* Manage eligibility rules for benefits and retirement programs across diverse employee populations
* Support benefit plans, retirement plans, deductions, and related configurations
* Analyze and resolve complex issues involving benefits, retirement, payroll, and integrations
* Triage and investigate system cases, configuration concerns, and integration errors
* Review inbound and outbound integrations and troubleshoot data-flow issues
* Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
* Develop and execute testing activities for system enhancements, updates, and projects
* Partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, and Total Rewards teams to support business objectives
* Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Retirement modules
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving Workday configuration issues
* Knowledge of Workday integrations, including error analysis and remediation
Strong understanding of:
* Benefits and retirement eligibility rules
* Benefit plan configuration and deductions
* 401(k) and retirement plan administration
* Union and non-union employee populations
* Salaried and hourly workforce configurations
* Canadian retirement plans
* RSU and MSP-related programs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting large, complex organizations with diverse employee populations
* Background working with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, and Total Rewards teams
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
