Summary

The HRIS Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud is a contract position that provides immediate functional delivery capacity to the HRIS team. The analyst will independently own assigned production issues, backlog items, enhancements, release-testing activities, reports, and small projects from requirements through implementation and stabilization. The role is intended to reduce workload pressure, improve delivery throughput, and allow internal team members to focus on high-priority initiatives and longer-term capability development. The analyst will partner closely with HR functional teams, HRIS, IT, security, integration, reporting, and external support partners.
Initial Areas of Focus
  • Production support, functional troubleshooting, and backlog reduction.
  • Requirements and functional design for prioritized Oracle HCM enhancements.
  • Oracle quarterly-update and monthly-maintenance impact analysis, regression testing, and defect resolution.
  • Reporting, data-quality, security, and integration issue resolution.
  • Sprint readiness, business testing coordination, deployment, and post-production validation.
  • Documentation and ongoing knowledge transfer to internal HRIS and HR partners.
