Develop integration audit, reconciliation, and error reporting to monitor data flows between Workday and connected systems.

Partner with the HRIS team on reporting requirements for integrations built on EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and Orchestrate, and validate report-based integration outputs during testing cycles and biannual releases.

Ensure all integrations comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements, aligning with organizational and regulatory standards.
