Eight years of experience within the last 15 years as a technical lead supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, including General Ledger, GAAP based accounting principles, financial reporting dashboards and accounting transactions reconciliation. Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing with the General Ledger.
All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system
development cost including planning, design, development, and implementation).
Two years of experience must be on a public-sector project. Public-sector excludes State Government, Local (City, County, Province), and Federal Government experience.
Three years of experience, within the last 15 years, leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes.
Three years of experience, within the last 15 years, creating technical documentation, including functional and technical requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Four years’ experience can be
substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
The substituted experience must in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five years, and the individual is substituting four years’ experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a total of nine years of experience must be submitted to claim this qualification."
More than three years of qualifying experience, within the last 15 years, leading Agile development activities including sprint planning, documentation of functional specifications and acceptance criteria in User Stories, and planning and leading functional, user acceptance and regression testing.
