Summary

Position: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of PeopleSoft techno-functional experience with proven end-to-end delivery.
5+ years in a lead / people-management capacity across onsite–offshore models.
Demonstrated experience in PeopleTools/application upgrades and integration projects.
End-to-end HCM process expertise: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Position Management.
FSCM process knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing, eProcurement, Asset Management, Project Costing.
Business process mapping, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design across multiple modules.
Statutory, regulatory, and compliance-driven configuration and impact assessment.
PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages.
Component Interface, File Layout, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), and Approval Framework.
Fluid UI, Tiles, WorkCenters, Dashboards, Pivot Grids, and Related Content framework.
Design review and code-quality governance across the development team.
Integration Broker design (service operations, messaging, routing, monitoring) and REST/SOAP web services.
Integrations with third-party payroll providers, IAM/AD, banking, tax, and ERP/GL platforms.
Middleware / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SSO, and data conversion / migration strategy.
