Job DescriptionThe Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.

This position functions as a developer specialist and development team lead, within a team of technology professionals. This position helps with design, development, testing, and on-going application enhancements that support the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI).
This position is responsible for participation on application development projects which focus on achieving the goals and mission of the agency. This position has responsibilities in all phases of the software development lifecycle related to the CEPI systems. Knowledge of Azure architecture, solution implementation, and .Net Development (C# and VB) as listed within the knowledge skills and abilities section of this position description.

Vacation and Sick Leave: Eligible full-time employees receive between
