Job Title: Senior Product Group Manager (Agile / Commercial Lending)
Location: 100% Remote (Must work East Coast hours)
Duration: Long-Term Contract (Through Oct 31, 2027)
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Group Manager to lead an Agile delivery POD consisting of business and technical resources for a major commercial lending platform enhancement and remediation initiative. This role is responsible for directing product strategy, setting team targets, driving the agile delivery of prioritized commitments, and actively managing risks and blockers with leadership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee and provide leadership, guidance, and tactical direction to a team of product management professionals.
Direct an Agile POD (approx. 12 team members) responsible for delivering prioritized features and platform enhancements.
Establish targets, objectives, and key performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery commitments.
Spend approximately 4 hours daily in active internal stakeholder collaboration, status alignment, and risk escalation meetings.
Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to foster team growth and execution success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Overall Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in product management and delivery leadership.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Product Ownership: 5+ years of dedicated experience acting as a Product Owner.
Salesforce nCino: 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce nCino within a commercial banking environment.
Agile POD Management: 5+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional Agile delivery PODs.
Domain Knowledge: Strong commercial banking/lending background preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate change and manage internal stakeholders effectively.
