Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Test Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.
- Validate Salesforce configurations including Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Perform data validation using SOQL and Salesforce Reports.
- Perform REST/SOAP API and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Administrators to resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Salesforce release testing.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of QA/testing experience with strong Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and business processes.
- Experience with SOQL, API testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
- Experience with Selenium, Provar, or Playwright.
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and deployment processes.
