Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered digital products. This role bridges business, technology, UX, and AI teams to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable business value. The ideal candidate has strong Agile Product Owner experience with hands-on exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and AI/ML teams.
• Drive AI initiatives such as intelligent automation, chatbots, document intelligence, and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate AI business use cases into actionable product features.
• Monitor product quality, manage risks, and measure success using KPIs.
• Communicate roadmap updates, sprint progress, priorities, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in Agile environments.
• Strong experience with backlog management, user stories, stakeholder management, and Scrum.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama), Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, SQL, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMI-ACP, or AI/Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Experience working with UX/UI teams and delivering enterprise-scale digital products.
