Summary / Duties:
Our client is seeking two temporary HR Info Systems Analyst III contractors to support UKG Advanced Scheduling . The assignment is expected to run approximately 4-6 months, full time at about 40 hours per week, with Pacific Time business-hour coverage. Approximately 25 hours weekly will support structured validation meetings. The analysts will evaluate scheduling workflows, validate rules and end-user scenarios, identify gaps and defects, document decisions and follow-up actions, and partner with operational, clinical, HR, payroll, IT, and project stakeholders. Additional work may include testing, issue resolution, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, reporting, compliance, training readiness, adoption, and system optimization. This is an operationally focused role, not a purely technical or configuration-focused position.

Requirements:
- Direct experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling in a production or implementation environment
- Experience with hands-on operational scheduling and real-world scheduling workflows
- Experience with system validation, workflow review, testing, or implementation activities
- Ability to evaluate scheduling rules, staffing practices, operational constraints, and end-user scenarios
- Ability to distinguish operational requirements from technical system behavior
- Proficiency in facilitation, documentation, analysis, and problem solving
- Ability to communicate with operational, clinical, HR, payroll, IT, and project stakeholders
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with healthcare operational scheduling
- Experience implementing or supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Dimensions, or comparable enterprise UKG environments
- Experience with advanced scheduling in a large health system
- Familiarity with union rules, California labor requirements, healthcare staffing practices, pay rules, or scheduling compliance
- Experience with UKG timekeeping, attendance, absence management, reporting, integrations, or workforce analytics
- UKG training or certification
