Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead Quality Control & Compliance (QCC) initiatives and drive product strategy, governance, and delivery. This role focuses on managing the product roadmap, backlog, and ensuring alignment with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance standards.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in:
    • Product Management / Technical Program Management / Product Ownership
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Product roadmap ownership
    • Backlog management (Epics, Features, User Stories)
    • Governance and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in BFSI / Insurance domain (mandatory)
  • Hands-on knowledge of:
    • Agile / Scrum methodologies
    • DevSecOps
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • QA and test automation frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QCC initiatives aligned with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance standards
  • Define and manage the technical product roadmap for tools, frameworks, and governance
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous refinement
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams for delivery
  • Ensure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Track delivery metrics, KPIs, and ensure value realization
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on tooling, processes, and frameworks
  • Lead roadmap reviews, governance discussions, and executive reporting
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing enterprise platforms or enablement products
  • Exposure to audit, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with large insurance clients

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical mindset with focus on outcomes and quality
