Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Web Application
Location: Remote 100% Duration: 12 Months Contracts + Chances of conversion
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior Software Engineer at client, you will help build the next generation of digital platform capabilities that power brand launches, digital experiences, and operational workflows across client global portfolio. You will be a key contributor in developing a modern React and Next.js based platform that streamlines complex business processes through automation, intelligent workflows, AI-assisted capabilities, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Solution Architects, Design Systems teams, and fellow Engineers to create scalable, secure, and highly available web applications. Your work will help transform manual, email-driven business processes into modern self-service experiences that accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance operational visibility across Client's digital ecosystem.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience building IT systems, applications, or end-user technologies.
- Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and modern CSS frameworks.
Preferred
- Experience building large-scale enterprise applications using micro-frontend or modular architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience implementing workflow engines, approval processes, task orchestration, or business process automation solutions.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, identity management, and enterprise security practices.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools, automation platforms, and modern software engineering productivity techniques.
- Experience working in Agile product teams and collaborating with Product Management, UX, and Architecture stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:
- Develop Workflow automation platforms that replace manual and spreadsheet-driven processes.
- Integrate frameworks connecting enterprise systems, design systems, analytics, and operational platforms.
- Develop requirements and solutions using AI tools like Cursor and Copilot.
- Design, develop, and support modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and related technologies.
- Build an enterprise workflow system that supports approvals, task management, asset governance, and business process automation.
- Develop and maintain web portals used by designers, content creators, developers, and business users.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Develop automated testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and workflow issues.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
