Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead application development projects and manage delivery from end to end.
- Ensure multiple products and services integrate effectively to meet business requirements.
- Develop and promote application usage and development best practices.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on data and application architecture.
- Work with operational and development teams to establish testing and implementation strategies.
- Track and communicate application delivery progress.
- Oversee Tier 3 application support, including application upgrades and patches.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks.
- Manage technology and organizational changes while ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Provide technical guidance and software engineering expertise to management.
- Translate system requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
- Manage project resources and define technical roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have; Power Apps , Power BI, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
- Power Automate Workflow and business process automation
- Dataverse Data modeling and application development
- ALM & Solution Deployment Application Lifecycle Management, deployment pipelines, and environments
- PL-400 Certification Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (Required)
- Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
