Summary

Job Summary

Avanciers is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in growing into a long-term HR career.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partners with daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
Coordinate recruitment activities for manufacturing/production employees, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
Maintain time and attendance records while coordinating with payroll and HR shared services.
Respond to employee HR-related questions and assist with policy interpretation and implementation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events.
Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies, employment laws, and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and workforce needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting HR administration in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes including:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Time & Attendance
Understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

Experience working with HRIS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Continuous improvement mindset with strong organizational skills.
