Role Overview
The QA Lead will establish and manage quality assurance processes, test strategy, test plans, automated testing, defect management, UAT coordination, and release validation activities for a complex public sector cloud application. The position will ensure compliance with functional, security, integration, and performance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years QA/Test Lead experience
- Experience leading testing efforts for enterprise applications
- Test strategy and test plan development
- Defect tracking and management
- Functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
- Agile/Scrum testing experience
- Experience with test management tools
