Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Lead
Required skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud assessment, transformation, implementation, or reimplementation projects.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle Cloud configuration.
- Experience with requirements gathering gap analysis, solution design, integrations, data migration, and testing.
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
Work Site: Cayman Islands (Remote + Travel Expenses Paid)
Duration: 4 Weeks
Expected Start Date: 1 October
