HR Operations 

Introduction

As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Candidate Care & Operations team, supporting various HR functions such as Testing Operations, Hiring Hall, Centralized Job Bidding, and Talent Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to proctor in-person examinations at different PG&E locations, ensuring a fair and professional testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Proctor in-person examinations
• Set up testing stations, prepare computers, and distribute/collect testing materials.
• Verify test-taker identities, record attendance, and maintain testing documentation.
• Respond to candidate questions and resolve issues during testing sessions.
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems.
• Provide administrative support to HR partners.
• Respond to inquiries using established procedures.
• Process electronic and paper records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and employees about procedures and documentation.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

• Ability to present in front of groups.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
