Our direct, F100 client headquartered near Cleveland, OH is looking to hire a REMOTE HR Project Manager (Lead Project Manager Associate) for a long-term, extendable contract position. You'd be joining a large program involving a migration from PeopleSoft to Workday HCM. This is an Agile environment, and they're looking for PMs who either have prior experience supporting Workday implementations, or other, similar HR or HCM-related tools (specifically SaaS/cloud-based ones). Please note, this is NOT an IT Project Manager role - this position would report into the HR Business unit, so they are looking for people who have project management experience from an HR Business perspective. Candidates can work remotely within the US, but must be able to follow an EST schedule.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Creates, maintains, facilitates, or oversees the completion of project management deliverables and artifacts (e.g., plans, schedules, budgets, resource staffing, status reports, project metrics)
- Ensures the successful adoption of changes by collaborating or partnering with others to assist or lead the design and development of business change impact analysis, communication, training, stakeholder management plans and adoption measurement.
- Develops and/or influences on appropriate project strategy and delivery.
- Proactively takes action to assure delivery of various aspects of the project's process improvement or work efforts and mitigate risks.

Essential Skills:
- MS Project Intermediate Advanced
- MS Office Suite- Word, Excel and Ppt for presenting information
- Experience with Agile Project Delivery Required
- Manage end to end workstream delivery
- Managed large, complex projects
- Workday HCM (human capital management) or SaaS projects
- Ability to work across functions such as Consulting company, Stakeholders and IT and build and maintain the relationships.
- Escalate Risk and Issues coming from the workstream
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and 6 years' work experience
- OR, High school diploma and a minimum 9 years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery.
Plusses:
- PMP or CAPM certification
