About the Role:
The PeopleSoft CoreHR and Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization''s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with a focus on CoreHR and Benefits modules. This position ensures accurate and efficient administration of employee data, benefits enrollment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality. The administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, implementing updates, and providing training and support to end-users. Ultimately, this role drives the effective use of PeopleSoft to support the organization''s workforce management and benefits administration goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering PeopleSoft CoreHR and Benefits modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft HRMS, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades and system configuration.
- Certification in PeopleSoft HR or related HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of benefits plans such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices in HR data security.
- Experience working in a professional, scientific, or technical services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the PeopleSoft CoreHR and Benefits modules, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.
- Process employee data changes, benefits enrollments, and terminations in a timely and compliant manner.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to resolve system issues and improve workflows.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and testing to maintain optimal system performance.
- Provide training and technical support to HR staff and end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities and best practices.
- Generate and analyze reports related to HR and benefits data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration and employee data management.

Work Environment & Expectations
Work may be performed in an office, hybrid, or fully remote environment depending on client requirements and business needs. Travel may be required based on project assignments and client engagements. Extended hours may occasionally be required during critical project milestones, testing, deployment, or go-live activities.
