Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or a related technical support role.
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and Exchange environments.
Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support environment.
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, server infrastructure, and user account administration.
Strong understanding of software applications, hardware systems, cloud-based services, and endpoint management.
Working knowledge of IT security principles, including authentication, permissions, access controls, and compliance best practices.
Experience with device deployment, management, and endpoint administration tools such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Apple, Dell, HDI, or other relevant technical certifications preferred.
