Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Consultant to lead global IT equipment procurement, inventory management, and lifecycle operations across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Procure IT equipment globally and maintain comprehensive inventory systems with loss prevention controls
Support ServiceNow ITAM implementation and ensure accuracy of global inventory data in coordination with distributed local leads
Forecast IT equipment needs, maintain database records, and deliver regular inventory status reports to leadership
Manage provisioning and device lifecycle across Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox platforms
Coordinate IT equipment requirements for major initiatives including device refreshes, office expansions, and office relocations
Oversee hardware disposition processes including data wiping, destruction, and donation programs; manage RMAs, warranties, and lost hardware escalations
Establish and maintain global standards to ensure all locations use approved, supported, and secure equipment
Maintain warehouse inventory and stock levels at the Seattle office location

Requirements

8-10 years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience in enterprise environments
Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITAM platform implementation and administration
Hands-on proficiency with mobile device management platforms: Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox
Strong knowledge of software and hardware lifecycle management and asset security protocols
Proven experience with inventory management, procurement, and loss prevention processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to collaborate across global teams and present data-driven insights
