Job OverviewJob Description
ServiceNow Solution Architect leads implementation projects for our clients. This consulting role acts as a trusted advisor and technical leader, guiding organizations through the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Translates business needs into scalable architectures, ensures alignment with best practices, and oversees the delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, and other enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow Implementations:
Oversees the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Solution Architecture:
Define sand document scalable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and ServiceNow's platform capabilities.
Client Advisory:
Acts as the primary technical consultant to clients, advising on platform strategy, governance, integration approaches, and roadmap planning.
Team Leadership:
Provides technical leadership to project teams, including developers, business analysts, and administrators, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborates with business leaders, IT executives, and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Quality & Compliance:
Establishes architectural standards, design patterns, and guardrails to ensure secure, maintainable, and future-ready implementations.
Innovation:
Stays current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging capabilities to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Experience:
10 years of experience across the platform. 6+ years
ServiceNow solution design and delivery. Proven experience leading multiple enterprise level ServiceNow implementations.
Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including CSDM (Common Service Data Model), Flow Designer, Integrations (REST/SOAP), and Service Portal.
- Experience with IT workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, HRSD, etc.).
Certifications:
ServiceNow certifications required.
