JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking multiple AI Senior Technical Consultants for a 6M+ Contract opportunity that will be remote. The AI Senior Technical Consultants will lead the end-to-end development of AI-enabled solutions across the ServiceNow platform utilizing capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Agentic AI Workflows, and GenAI-powered automation. The AI Senior Technical Consultants will guide technical implementation efforts by mentoring Technical Consultants, partnering with Principal Technical Consultants and Solution Architects, and delivering secure, scalable AI solutions across ServiceNow product suites including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, and ESM. The AI Senior Technical Consultants will translate business requirements into intelligent automation solutions by combining deep ServiceNow platform engineering expertise with applied AI technologies, enabling organizations to successfully adopt enterprise AI and agentic workflows.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
