Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This is a hands-on development role focused on ServiceNow platform development, integrations, Agile delivery, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Azure DevOps, and experience working across core and specialized ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions across ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, SPM, Now Assist, and ITOM AIOps.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, Scripted APIs, and MID Servers.
- Develop server-side and client-side functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Deliver new features through Agile user stories and resolve production incidents within SLA.
- Support specialized ServiceNow capabilities including BLSP (public-facing portal).
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development standards and governance.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Manage development activities using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Now Assist
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs

- Experience building integrations using:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
