We are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to join a large enterprise healthcare organization on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that support critical business and technology operations within a complex enterprise environment.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You''ll collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
Build scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop workflows, integrations, custom applications, and platform enhancements.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing ServiceNow implementations.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable development practices.
Contribute to technical design discussions and provide guidance on platform capabilities and solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and production releases.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and platform customization.
Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and platform architecture.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
