Overview
· Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition environment following a recent implementation. The consultant will serve as a technical/business liaison while supporting SAP operations, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and future SAP initiatives.
Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP Private Cloud.
· Manage SAP users, access and routine administration.
· Develop/support SAP reports and queries.
· Work with SAP tables and data structures.
· Troubleshoot SAP system errors and technical issues.
· Monitor scheduled jobs and interfaces.
· Support transports and SAP security activities.
· Perform data validation and exports.
· Provide end-user support.
· Document SAP processes and technical procedures.
· Coordinate with business teams and other vendors.
· Help manage priorities, requirements, risks and dependencies.
· Support future initiatives such as EWM, reporting/KPIs, integrations and process improvements.
