About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Lead Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP EAM/PM, SAP MM, SAP PS, SAP FICO, SAP QM along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EAM/PM solution design, configuration, and deployment for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes across brewing and packaging assets.
- Develop and maintain functional location hierarchies, equipment master records, bills of materials (BOMs), measuring points, task lists, and maintenance plans aligned with reliability best practices.
- Design and implement maintenance strategies, order types, notification types, and scheduling profiles to support detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and shutdown/turnaround management.
- Integrate EAM with SAP MM (MRO inventory and procurement), SAP PS (project systems for capital projects), SAP FICO (costing and settlements), and SAP QM (quality inspections).
- Partner with Brewing Asset Care and Reliability teams to implement failure analysis, loss elimination, and pFMEA-driven maintenance task optimization.
- Enable condition-based and predictive maintenance through integration with IoT sensors, SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), and SAP Predictive Maintenance & Service (PdMS).
- Standardize maintenance execution workflows, mobile notifications, and technician time confirmations using SAP Fiori apps and mobile EAM solutions.
- Lead EAM workstreams in greenfield S/4HANA implementations, brownfield migrations, and continuous enhancement projects (e.g., S/4HANA TM, EWM rollouts).
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, develop business blueprints, functional design specifications (FDS), and test scenarios for RICEFW objects (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows).
- Coordinate unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT); support go-live cutover planning and hypercare stabilization.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, change management protocols, and transport governance using automated change control tools (e.g., Basis Technologies Active Control).
- Collaborate with MRO planners and warehouse teams to optimize spare parts inventory, min/max levels, and economic order quantities based on asset criticality and failure history.
- Design and configure MRO procurement workflows, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification integrated with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
- Implement inventory valuation, moving average price controls, and periodic inventory reconciliation processes for MRO storerooms.
