YSI is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the contractor s primary management lead for the task order, with responsibility for overall team oversight and day-to-day contract performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Contractor s team and be responsible for performance of the work under the task order.
- Have full authority, either personally or through the designated Alternate, to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract.
- Coordinate project calls with stakeholders.
- Coordinate strategic decisions and the roadmap with Contractor and Government PMs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions; and provide GFE reports upon request.
- Oversee technology/application development, risk management, and resource allocation
- Prepare and maintain high-level schedules and budgets
- Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis
- Direct completion of project-specific tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints
- Manage day-to-day Agile/Scrum activities
- Review work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements
- Deliver status presentations and lead client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor s degree. Education substitution: Associate s degree with 12 years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 14 years of experience.
- 10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience overseeing technology/application development, risk management, resource allocation, high-level schedules and budgets, day-to-day client interface, Agile/Scrum activities, work-product review, status reporting/presentations, and client meetings.
- Active Public Trust or must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
