Project Manager - API / Boundary Apps - Experience - W2 Only

Role: Project Manager Boundary Apps
Location: Springfield, VA (4 days/week onsite) - 6801 Industrial Road
Duration: 12 Months (10/26/26 - 10/24/27)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Boundary Apps portfolio. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical and operational aspects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Boundary Apps initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, track milestones, and manage change requests.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security protocols.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications.
• Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on ERP implementation projects is an asset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
