Candidate must be willing to work fully onsite in Tampa.
In-person interview is mandatory. Atlanta or Plano may be considered for interview only if Tampa candidates are unavailable.
Direct consultants only; no layered structures.
Candidate will go through the client's internal prep call, technical interview, and coding test when applicable, followed by client interview.
Selected candidates must provide work authorization and valid ID documentation for processing.

Seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design and develop resilient, scalable applications across public cloud, mobile, and desktop environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Java, React, Node.js, and AWS, along with monitoring, telemetry, logging, and alerting.
Design and develop resilient, scalable software solutions.
Develop applications using Java, Node.js, React, and AWS.
Build solutions for public cloud, mobile, and desktop environments.
Implement and support telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and centralized log aggregation.
Develop reliable and scalable application architectures.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in technical interviews, coding assessments, and client-facing discussions as required.
8+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Java
React
Node.js
AWS
Experience designing and developing resilient, scalable applications.
Strong understanding of public cloud application development.
Experience with telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation.
Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Tampa, FL.
Ability to attend mandatory in-person interview(s).
Experience developing mobile and/or desktop applications.
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud applications.
Experience with modern observability and application monitoring practices.
Previous experience with financial services environments is beneficial.
