We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Build requested items, tasks, workflows, and approval processes
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Forms, Tables, Modules, and applications
• Design and develop Workflow / Flow Designer solutions
• Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs
• Perform advanced ServiceNow scripting, including CMS / Service Portal
• Configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related components
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow data integrations with external systems
• Create, promote, test, and manage Update Sets across multiple instances
• Troubleshoot production issues and application integration problems
• Assist with reporting configuration and maintenance
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, security guidelines, and governance policies
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams
🎯 Required Qualifications:
✅ 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
✅ Strong experience with ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM
✅ 6+ years of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API experience
✅ Strong ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting knowledge
✅ Experience with ServiceNow workflows / Flow Designer
✅ Strong experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Script Includes
✅ Experience with ServiceNow integrations
✅ Experience with Update Sets and multi-instance deployments
✅ Agile/Scrum experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
⭐ ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification highly desired
