ServiceNow Platform Developer / Architect with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM Remote
As a ServiceNow developer, you will be designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow s core modules, a strong understanding of ITIL and CSDM, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe solutions.
Architect, design, and develop complex ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and other platform capabilities.
Lead the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as required.
Ensure all customizations follow ServiceNow s Business-smart Customization and upgrade-safe practices.
Enforce platform governance, technical standards, and documentation in line with Technical Governance and Now Create methodologies.
Participate in code reviews, instance scans, and Automated Test Framework (ATF) coverage for critical workflows.
Design and implement integrations with external systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
Automate business processes using Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Orchestration.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and process owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities for platform optimization and process automation.
7 9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.
Deep understanding of ITIL 4, CSDM, and ServiceNow data models.
Proven ability to design upgrade-safe, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Experience with platform governance, instance scan, and technical debt management.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or ITOM implementations.
Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and Now Create methodology.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, Performance Analytics, and dashboarding
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA) preferred
