Improve logging, monitoring and potential dashboard Expand the PingOne Protect application and work with security to tune triggers and understand threats Initiate PingCentral and look to automate and provide customer self-service Work with QA team for automate test scripts creation User issues with AD, networking, DevOps on user experience issues (lockouts, rogue/phantom errors, and login consistency) Incidents and new Intake requests MFA setups and reset. Partnering with Service Desk
Engineering
Expanding MFA for Applications
User MFA campaign – enable Resetting password and other capabilities Platform upgrade Streamline federated trust between Ping and Entra Working with International on Enabling SSO on all their apps leverage DaVinci to enhance customized flows for self-service MFA/password reset Strengthen resiliency and infrastructure.
Skills: Familiar with the Ping Identity Software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) as well as other IAM products would be useful.
5-7 years hands on experience
Familiarity with Oracle Authorization (OIM, OAG) and Entra a plus
