IAM/SSO Systems Administrator

Job Title: IAM/SSO Systems Administrator III Location 100% Remote Contract Duration February 2026 December 31, 2026 with possibility of an extension.

We are looking for resources to encompass many different aspects of IAM - specifically around our client s SSO platform. This person will be working within an organization that embraces and fun and upbeat company culture where integrity and team work is emphasized. This IAM/SSO System Admin will l be performing the following duties on an ongoing basis:
Operationally:

• Support daily Intakes and Incidents
• Focus on Certificate Management improvements
• Improve logging, monitoring, and potential dashboards
• Expand the PingOne Protect application and work with security to tune triggers and understand threats
• Initiate PingCentral and look to automate and provide customer self-service
• Work with the QA team for automating test script creation
• Help resolve User issues with Active Directory, networking, and DevOps regarding user experience issues (lockouts, rogue/phantom errors, and login consistency)
• Support Incidents and new Intake requests
• Perform MFA (multi-factor authentication) setups and reset, partnering with Service Desk

Engineering:

• Expand MFA for applications
• Work on the User MFA campaign enable resetting passwords and other capabilities
• Support a platform upgrade
• Streamline federated trust between Ping and Entra
• Work with international users on enabling SSO on all their apps
• Leverage DaVinci to enhance customized flows for self-service MFA/password resets
• Strengthen resiliency and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• 5-7 years hands on system administration with a specialized focus on IAM/SSO support.
• Experience supporting IAM incidents and intakes.
• Skilled in resolving AD related issues, as well as supporting networking and DevOps user experience areas ((lockouts, rogue/phantom errors, and login consistency)
• Expertise in performing multi-factor authentication setups and resets
• Solid experience enabling SS on applications

Desired Skills and Expertise:

• Familiar with the Ping Identity Software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) as well as other IAM products would be useful.
• Familiarity with Oracle Authorization (OIM, OAG) and Entra is a plus
