Description
We are looking for an Instructional Designer/eLearning Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Northville, Michigan. In this role, you will contribute to creating engaging and effective eLearning modules and instructional content for both self-paced and instructor-led training programs. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your design expertise within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refresh eLearning modules and instructional content tailored for self-paced and instructor-led training.
Create presentation materials, training guides, handouts, and other educational resources.
Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to produce high-quality designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning materials align with organizational goals.
Manage projects independently from initiation to completion, including reviewing and refining deliverables.
Design visually appealing and effective graphics that enhance training content.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all instructional materials.
Provide expertise in instructional systems design and eLearning module development.
Conduct quality checks and provide feedback on eLearning content.
Adapt training materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design, with 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
Strong graphic design skills, with expertise in software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Familiarity with instructional systems design principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
Experience creating self-paced and instructor-led training materials.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
