Summary

Location & Work Arrangement

City, State: Indianapolis, IN (Remote)
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote * Strict Residency Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the state of Indiana.
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
Interview Mode: Webcam only (Camera required).

Key Responsibilities

Database Maintenance & Analysis

Add, update, and maintain the resource provider database within the Indiana 211 Partnership platform.
Manage data exporting and importing across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity during transitions.
Perform computer system data analysis and resolve discrepancies in source documents prior to entry.
Update provider capacity specifically for the OB Navigation Initiative.

Reporting & Quality Control

Utilize Tableau and Excel to produce caller data reports filtered by referrals, call types, needs, and providers.
Monitor task progress and provide detailed status reports to the Helpline Manager.
Ensure all entries comply with the taxonomy terms representing specific service groups.

Standards & Compliance

Apply AIRS standards (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) to all I&R practices.
Maintain a high standard of production and accuracy rate on assigned tasks.
Collaborate with MCH Helpline staff to ensure agency information is accurate and current.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and/or certification in AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards.

Familiarity with taxonomy terms and service group representation
