Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum development process, including daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings.

Translate business objectives into clear, concise, and technically sound user stories with defined acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrable experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proven ability to convey complex business value and requirements through effective user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical developers.
Experience using analytical tools and techniques for issue investigation and data interpretation.
