RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Oakwood, GA that is seeking an ERP Cutover Lead.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Cutover Lead to manage and execute the cutover process for transitioning from our legacy ERP system to Infor M3. This role will be responsible for coordinating, consolidating, tracking, and leading all cutover activities across technical and business streams, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live. This is an individual contributor role, but will require working with all core team members to create, track, and report on the ERP cutover plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the cutover plan encompassing 1000+ tasks across multiple workstreams
* Coordinate activities among 50+ project team members, including technical teams, business users, and external partners
* Lead and monitor execution of technical cutover tasks (data migration, system configurations, integrations, hardware installations, and infrastructure readiness)
* Oversee business cutover tasks (transactional readiness, process validation, operational handover)
* Drive communication plans for internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and readiness
* Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related issues and escalations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience working on ERP implementations
* Proven experience leading ERP cutover activities for large-scale implementations (preferably Infor M3 or similar ERP systems)
* Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage high-volume tasks and dependencies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with technical and business processes in ERP environments
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during go-live phases
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
