• Highly experienced Oracle HCM developer using the following tools: HCM/PLBs, Fast Formulas, UDTs
• Strong functional knowledge and support experience for HCM applications, including HR and Workforce Compensation
• Functional knowledge and support of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development
• Strong knowledge of software development languages: Java, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, Informatica, Boomi, Apigee
• Ability to act as a guide to junior members of the team, answering their questions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases such as Oracle
• Demonstrated strong teamwork skills with self-motivation to achieve success in a rapidly evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills; able to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated to meet critical project milestones and deadlines
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and design specifications; develops business acumen

• Each team member will balance production support, minor enhancements, and oversight of a functional/technical area within the team
• Off-hours support is expected for deployments, patching, upgrade validations, project cutover as necessary, and incidents impacting major business applications
• Each team member will be assigned as Primary or Secondary to a functional area
• Functional area assignments may change based on business needs; knowledge transition and ramp-up will be provided
• Team members may be assigned to ad-hoc initiatives based on priority and capacity
• Team members are expected to proactively seek clarification on tasks and escalate issues or blockers to management as needed
• Team members should leverage 1x1 discussions with their manager to review workload, reprioritize, defer, or adjust tasks based on capacity
• Continuous learning is expected; leverage Individual Development Plans (IDP) to support this goal
• Team members must adhere to behavioral guidelines by eLevel (see additional resources slide)

• Establish and maintain relationships with business users and vendors, including planning future product directions and enhancements
• Perform initial triage for non-SPP supported incidents unless out of the office
• Own coordination during critical or major incidents, ensuring Critical Incident Procedure (CIP) steps are followed
• Own and update problem tickets for assigned functional areas, including creating CIC decks when required
• Document, communicate, and facilitate permanent resolutions for recurring non-critical incidents
• Establish recurring touchpoints with business users for assigned functional areas
• Act as first-level support and provide guidance to development teams when engaging HRST
• Proactively communicate issues and remediation plans to business users and vendors (culture of no surprise)
• Establish procedures to maintain system health and reduce application incidents
• Ensure application patches, updates, passwords, and related items are appropriately reviewed
• Manage application documentation, including creating and reviewing functional and technical design documents
• Serve as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) during projects, providing input to RFPs, reviewing documentation, and transitioning deliverables to operations
• Manage and own security responsibilities such as AD groups and SailPoint entitlements

• Act as backup for primary support owners as assigned
• Maintain familiarity with applications to ensure continued support during primary owner absence
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders as necessary
• Assist with scheduling or coordinating meetings in conjunction with the primary support owner

• Pre-Planning: Principal PM engages IT Operations Manager to define initial project scope and IT Lead capacity (default capacity is 10%)
• Initial Planning & Scoping: Participate in workshops to inform project direction, strategy, timeline, and capacity planning
• Solution Recommendations: Guide decision-making, select appropriate tools and technologies, and ensure alignment with HR IT Operations strategy
• Decision Escalation: Identify when decisions require escalation to management to ensure alignment with project goals
• Coding Standards: Ensure project teams adhere to coding standards to support quality, collaboration, and maintainability
• Dependency Management: Identify dependencies and engage other workstream leads to ensure seamless integration
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage other IT teams (Networking, Middleware, Messaging, etc.) as needed and guide PMs on submitting required requests
• Testing Scope: Ensure testing scope is well-defined, including test cases and thorough validation of functionality
• Technical Documentation: Ensure technical design documents are created, reviewed, approved, and stored in appropriate locations
• Release Management: Ensure adherence to release management steps, review cutover plans, and minimize deployment risks
• Knowledge Transition: Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions are conducted so operations teams can support the solution post-project
