Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM)

Key Required Skills

• Bachelor s degree or 5+ years of related experience

• 3+ years supporting Microsoft System Center (services, features, site design, best practices)

• 3+ years of administrative experience in Microsoft Azure

• 5+ years of administrative experience in Microsoft Server environments

• 3+ years of experience with IT methodologies (ITIL, MITA, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Server Administration certifications

• Experience with System Center Service Manager, Orchestrator, and service management portals

• Working knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, Power BI

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
