Job Description:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing project work by facilitating communication between business units, customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
The role involves managing projects in accordance with the documented project life cycle, with a strong focus on collaboration, customer engagement, and value delivery.
The Project Manager is expected to work with minimal supervision, guide teams through decision-making, and ensure solutions improve business processes and deliver value to end users.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects in alignment with the documented project management life cycle.
Facilitate communication between business units, customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
Lead multiple teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Create task-level project plans to organize and guide cross-functional teams.
Ensure analysts gather strong, customer-approved requirements.
Set priorities and meet deadlines using a structured project management approach.
Present project updates and information to peers and leadership.
Clearly articulate ideas, proposals, policies, and plans in group and one-on-one settings.
Drive adoption and integration of defined project roles and project management processes.
Assess customer capabilities and needs and communicate findings to project teams.
Act as a liaison between project team members and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain required project documentation and respond to requests for additional detail.
Lead development teams during the working phase, including daily standups and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to iterative and agile development methodologies.
Support business analysts with user story management and requirement clarification.
Ask probing questions to fully understand requirements and assess potential impacts.
Communicate issues, risks, recommendations, and decisions clearly and concisely.
Manage customer expectations related to project scope, timelines, and delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree with a focus in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to three years of experience working with business stakeholders to identify, document, and facilitate IT solutions.
Experience with project management, project planning, and documentation.
Knowledge of and experience with agile processes.
Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
Strong attention to detail with advanced problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and show initiative with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to business needs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Experience:

Two to three years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or IT-related roles.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
