Job Title: EHR Healthcare Data Reporting Analyst

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Our client is a non for profit healthcare and social welfare organization. This role will be joining the Corporate IT team as the main point of contact for maintaining, supporting and improving organizational reporting through Power BI. This person will also be serving as the EHR System Administrator and will have the opportunity to participate in a company-wide implementation for a new EHR platform.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working in a Microsoft database ecosystem (T-SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)
- Maintaining an existing portfolio of ~20 Power BI Dashboards and reports - from organizational data up to executive dashboard level.
- Conducting data quality management, resolving reporting errors, and solving / improving the data extracts feeding Power BI Reports
- Working with SQL to extract data from the ERP / EHR systems
- Working with HIPAA-secured data sets, and navigating ICD/ CPT medical data.
- Participating in a company-wide migration to a new EHR / Practice Management solution
- Conducting data clean up, data migration and data mapping for the new EHR implementation
- Supporting data integration between the EHR and enterprise Finance ERP / HR platforms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Must be local to the Kansas City Area and willing to work onsite
- Must have prior Healthcare / Human Services Industry background (1-2 recent years required)
- Must have 5+ years professional experience within the Microsoft Data ecosystem
- Fluent with Power BI and DAX expressions ( 5 years)
- Fluent with SQL (5 years)
- Prior experience navigating data in an EHR / Case Management platform is required

- Work location is on-site in Lawrence, KS
- This is a full time / direct hire position - Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the US without the need for work-visa sponsorship now, or in the future.
