RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce direct client is looking for a Senior Epic Grand Central/RTE Analyst with Experian for a long-term contract opportunity located in New York, NY. This role will require someone to be on-site occasionally so must be in the New York city area to get there as needed.
Required Responsibilities:
* Configure and optimize Epic Grand Central and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) modules, including Experian integration for insurance verification
* Lead and support full lifecycle implementation activities, from validation sessions through go-live
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate eligibility workflows and smooth patient registration processes
* Coordinate multi-site cutovers and manage complex implementation timelines
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Experian integration, eligibility verification, and Epic workflows
* Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation
* Document workflows, configuration changes, and best practices for future reference
REQUIREMENTS:
* Epic Certifications: Grand Central (GC) and RTE (mandatory)
* Minimum 2 full lifecycle Epic implementations
* Hands-on experience with Experian integration for real-time eligibility
* Strong understanding of patient movement workflows, registration, and insurance verification processes
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and hit the ground running
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination
* Familiarity with cutover planning and multi-site implementation strategies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
