Epic Grand Central / Prelude Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce direct client is looking for 2 Epic Grand Central / Prelude Analysts to support a new implementation project for a long-term contract opportunity located in New York, NY.

Summary:
The senior-level Epic Grand Central and Prelude Analyst will provide support and optimization for a new Epic implementation project. This role requires expertise in full lifecycle implementations (minimum of 2), strong knowledge of patient movement workflows, and hands-on experience with Transfer Center, Bed Planning, and Environmental Services (EDS and Transport) modules. The Analyst will also manage multi-site cutovers, configure eSignatures for arrival/admittance, and set up Rover devices.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Epic Certifications: Grand Central (GC) and Prelude (mandatory)
* Minimum 2 full lifecycle Epic implementation projects
* Strong understanding of patient movement workflows, including arrival, admittance, and eSignature processes
* Ability to coordinate multi-site cutovers and manage complex implementation timelines
* Proficiency in Rover device setup, configuration, and support
* Expertise in support and optimization of Epic modules post-implementation
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work independently with minimal direction

Hands-on experience with:
* Transfer Center
* Bed Planning
* Environmental Services (EDS and Transport)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
