Position Overview: The Oracle Functional Consultant will support the client's ongoing transformation of core financial and operational systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).This role provides functional leadership in the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions supporting Finance processes. The successful candidate will collaborate across technology, finance, and business teams to ensure system solutions align with customer's enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and operational goals.
Responsibilities: Serve as a functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, APAR, GL).Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions supporting client's business and regulatory requirements. Lead functional design sessions, documenting business requirements and translating them into Oracle configurations and integration specifications. Work with OCI and OIC teams to design and maintain integrations with internal banking systems and third-party applications. Participate in testing cycles (SITUAT) and coordinate issue resolution. Support release management activities for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates. Provide production support and assist with root cause analysis for functional issues. Ensure compliance with risk, security, and SOX controls in all Oracle-related activities. Partner with the PMO and business leads to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery milestones are met.Qualifications5 years of Oracle ERP functional experience (ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite).2 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their alignment within Oracle ERP. Experience with integration flows, APIs, and file-based interfaces. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. Oracle certifications in ERP Cloud, OIC, or OCI preferred. Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance required. Masters degree preferred. Additional Information: Hybrid work model (2-3 days per week onsite).Eligible for Conversion to FTE without sponsorship.
