Position Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
- Supporting AMAT onside activities during transition
- Supporting day one preparation
- Preparing computers and mobile phones of former AMAT RFT’s on the transition to AMAT CNTR’s
- Computer and mobile phone transition within 1-2 days
- Following same procedure as standard RFT to CNTR transition
- Business related data will be included in scope on local computer
- Support on mobile phones to wipe and enroll as CNTR
- Support GIS guidance on the transition
- Collecting computer and mobile devices
- Updating local records and CMDB
- Hyper care support of 4 weeks
- Act as hands and eyes onsite Benicia/SCLA facility
- Supporting GIS core team on local inquiries
