Description
We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS (PKMS or SCALE) Implementation Specialist to join our team in North Bergen / Kearny, New Jersey. This role demands expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory processes, and 3PL operations, alongside technical proficiency in system configuration and database administration. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing workflows, resolving complex issues, and driving system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary expert for Manhattan SCALE systems, providing technical guidance and operational support to cross-functional teams.
Lead the design, configuration, and testing of system enhancements and new functionalities.
Investigate and resolve complex system issues, ensuring the implementation of long-term solutions.
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and design scalable, effective solutions.
Offer strategic recommendations for system upgrades, roadmaps, and integration with warehouse control and material handling systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Analyze systems to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that align with organizational goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
Conduct system scheduling, testing, installation, and implementation as required.
Requirements
Extensive experience with Manhattan SCALE and inventory management systems.
At least 10 years of experience in 3PL operations, preferably with Manhattan SCALE WMS.
Strong knowledge of business application development and database administration.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues effectively.
Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions for warehouse management systems.
Excellent analytical skills to assess systems and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training.
