CSDM Service Now Developer

Job Description:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including CSDM, ITOM, SAM Pro, CMDB, ITEA, ITAM configuration management, Knowledge Management, and other core ITSM applications to support enterprise service operations.
• Act as a client-facing lead, providing overall team coordination and delivery oversight to ensure successful execution of requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and timely production deployments with high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow process and workstream owners to ensure seamless integration across CSDM, ITOM, and SAM Pro, while applying foundational knowledge of network routing, discovery, and troubleshooting to support stable operations.
• Design and develop transform maps and data integrations to onboard and synchronize external data sources, while implementing ServiceNow automations and building custom orchestration workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Configure and enhance solutions across ServiceNow platform modules, including CSDM, ITOM, SAM Pro, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal Designer to deliver scalable and user-friendly services.
• Maintain ITOM Discovery health, proactively troubleshooting discovery issues involving known and unknown IPs and network devices, and supporting Service Mapping, integrations, and MID Server builds.
• Implement and support ServiceNow core platform modules and applications, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Design and build workflows for newly created catalog items, install and configure MID Servers, and enable Discovery integrations using REST and SOAP-based web services.
• Lead and support ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning activities, while contributing to asset lifecycle management and solution designs related to software and hardware asset management, as well as ongoing configuration activities across ServiceNow modules.
• Own day-to-day system administration and enhancement activities, including user and group management, catalog item updates, reporting requests, issue resolution, vendor escalations, and platform navigation or menu configuration changes.

• Proven experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Expertise across ITOM, ITEA, ITAM, SACM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Flow Designer
