Job#: 3018291 Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Support & SME Responsibilities- Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud across key modules:
- Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting (ORC) & Onboarding, Learning
- Provide support for auxiliary modules including HR Help Desk and Fusion Analytics.
- Serve as a consulting liaison between HR stakeholders and the parent company's Oracle development team.
- Convert business problems into clear, actionable requirements and enhancement requests.
- Provide solution design input, ensuring proposals align with business goals and Oracle best practices.
- Monitor progress of development requests and enhancements through Jira, ensuring timely handling and clear communication.
Production Support & Day-to-Day Operations- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production issues across all supported modules.
- Ensure processes, workflows, and data remain accurate and compliant.
- Support auditing needs by maintaining an understanding of required audit controls
- (e.g., HR record retention, DOT requirements, compliance forms, internal/external audit needs).
Redwood UI Expertise- Work within the newly implemented Redwood UI, ensuring efficient utilization of its features.
- Apply strong familiarity with Redwood to support end-users and identify optimization opportunities
- (training others is not required).
Reporting & Analytics- Build and manage reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to support HR and cross-functional needs.
- Partner with HR to deliver accurate, timely insights through effective reporting solutions.
Project & Enhancement Management- Coordinate with corporate development on 20+ projects annually, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Support release cycles, testing activities, and solution validations.
- Leverage Jira for enhancement tracking, ticket submission, prioritization, and follow-up.
Essential Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (current version: 25D) including strong familiarity with Redwood UI.
- Functional expertise in:
- Core HR, Talent Management, ORC & Onboarding, Learning, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, HR Help Desk, Digital Assistant Platform
- Experience troubleshooting production issues.
- Understanding of audit controls and compliance expectations.
- Strong reporting skills using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience with solution design and translating business needs into system enhancements.
- Project oversight or coordination experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Understanding of HR processes from a business/operational point of view.
- Experience using Jira or similar project/enhancement management tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing platforms.
- Exposure to Change Control processes.
Nice to Have- Experience working in a subsidiary environment where a parent company controls Oracle configuration and governance.
- Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Exposure to additional Oracle modules:
- EPM, Compensation, Benefits.
